It’s easy to get stuck in survival mode – especially if you’ve been in survival mode for years going through things like family drama, trauma, addiction, codependency, financial hardship or whatever else might have triggered your survival instincts. Sometimes though, you get stuck in that mode, even after you’ve gotten through the worst of things. In this episode I talk about what it’s like to get stuck in that mode and how to pull yourself out of it so you can move forward.
